Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
